About plans and paying
Is HomeTiffin free?
Yes, to start. Every new kitchen gets 7 days with every feature and no customer limit. After that the Free plan covers up to 5 monthly customers, for as long as you like. Paid plans add more customers, a branded link and more.
Do you take a commission on my orders?
No. HomeTiffin takes 0% commission on every plan. Customers pay you directly, by cash, UPI or bank transfer, and you note it in the app.
What counts as a customer?
Only monthly customers count toward your plan. One-off orders, shop orders and cake or party orders are never limited. Sample customers and customers you have stopped do not count either.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Everyone you already have keeps working: you can still edit them, record payments and deliver. Only adding a new monthly customer stops until you stop someone or move to a bigger plan.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices show for where you are: in rupees in India, and in your region's currency elsewhere. There is nothing to switch.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You sign up, name your kitchen and start. You only pay if you pick a paid plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time, from Settings → Plan in the web app. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the month you paid for ends, then your kitchen moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
