Common questions
Can a customer take only lunch, or both meals?
Yes. For each customer you pick Lunch, Dinner or both, and set their price. Someone who takes both meals is counted in each meal, and if you cook both, Delivery gives you a separate lunch round and dinner round.
What if a customer joins in the middle of the month?
When you add a monthly customer after the 1st, HomeTiffin shows two choices for the first month: the full month, or only the days left from their start date. Every month after the first is the full price.
Can I change a customer's monthly price later?
Yes. Type the new price and pick when it starts: this month or next month. Months before keep the price they had, so nothing already billed changes. There is also a choice to fix a price that was typed wrong from the start.
Can I bring in my whole customer list at once?
In the updated HomeTiffin phone app you can import customers from a CSV file, a contacts file or your phone's contacts. Without it, adding one customer by hand takes about 20 seconds.
